Mehmet Kaya brings his creative process and original works together with art lovers as part of the Dialogue Themed Mini Exhibition Series.

The Dialogue Themed Mini Exhibition Series, which aims to establish a strong bond between art lovers and artists in the historical atmosphere of İzmir, continues at Monk Artroom. In the eight-week event, a different artist shares his creative process with the audience each week.
The fourth guest of the series between November 16-23 will be İzmir-born artist Mehmet Kaya. Born in İzmir in 1988 and completing his undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Art Teaching, Kaya continues his individual art works at Atölye Dam. Interpreting society-oriented themes with an original language, the artist addresses the effects of power on individuals and society in his works.
The talk, which will start at 17:30 today, will provide the audience with important details about Mehmet Kaya’s creative process. The exhibition opening will then take place at 18:00. Throughout the exhibition, viewers will have the opportunity to witness not only the finished works but also the process of their creation. This event offers an unmissable opportunity for those who want to get to know Mehmet Kaya's understanding of art more closely and open a window behind the scenes of art.
