Who is Özlem Oğuz? He was born in Ankara in 1975. He studied at Gazi University, Gazi Faculty of Education, Department of Painting. He started working as a Visual Arts Teacher in National Education. He opened a personal painting exhibition in the country. He also participated in many group painting exhibitions. He continues his studies in Antalya.
