The word Bukağ refers to the iron shackle that is attached to the horses’ feet to prevent them from running away. The works emphasize the captivity of horses removed from their free environment Art Perspective In his recent works, horses are depicted in a surreal landscape, with a stylized background containing abstract patterns, in motion or static. The painting has an ethereal quality that blends realism with abstract elements, creating a dreamlike atmosphere. The brush strokes and colors evoke a sense of movement and energy. This painting may evoke themes of freedom, nature or wildness; horses symbolize power and an untamed spirit. The horse figure, which has great importance in Turkish culture, is presented to the buyer in a composition with Turkish hand-knitted motifs belonging to our own culture.
