Levent Oyluçtarhan “Dream Traveler” Exhibition will be opened at Milta Bodrum Marina Shipyard Kaymakamlık Art Gallery on Wednesday, October 2nd at 18:00.
I believe that in our age where the perception of reality is changing rapidly and continuously, the perception capacity of humans has increased a lot. I think that the people of our age are very fast in perceiving and consuming.
The people of our time can focus on more than one thing at the same time and can go much deeper into the layers between meanings. That is why my paintings are multi-focused.
Similarly, by using forms, colors, textures and symbols together in my paintings, I aim for the viewers to capture an emotion by adding their own experiences with associations from the past, present and future. My paintings, which are rich in texture, form, color and symbol, are my space to stop and take a breath in this world of speed.
Between October 2-8, Milta Bodrum Marina meets with the audience at the Ottoman Shipyard District Governorship Art Gallery.
Who is Levent Oyluçtarhan?
He graduated from Anadolu University Fine Arts Faculty Painting Department in 2011. The artist participated in many mixed exhibitions and opened solo exhibitions between 2009-2024. He continues his work in his workshops in Eskişehir and Milas.
