  Who is Fehnur İpek? (1964-Artvin) Born in 1964 in Artvin, the artist completed her primary education in Erzurum and secondary education in Ankara. Graduating from Gazi University Painting Department in 1984, the artist taught painting and graphic arts in various cities and districts throughout Turkey. She completed her public service in 2005 and continues her painting works at the Büyülü Brush Art Gallery, which she founded in Ankara in the same years. She is married and has 2 daughters. The artist, who has participated in 105 exhibitions, 30 of which are personal and 75 of which are mixed, has works in different collections in Turkey and abroad. The artist, who is a member of GÖRSED, BRHD, SEDER, IWS, aims to follow the changes and developments in painting and to keep the diminishing natural beauties alive through painting and to share this knowledge with her students and carry it to the future. For her, art and painting are natural phenomena like living, breathing and freedom. Based on these essential facts, she wanted to include nature and natural beauties in her works; she wanted to reflect a society and nature that is far from the mechanized, industrialized society and nature. In her paintings where man and nature are integrated, the artist also emphasizes that the essence of nature and man is one.
