  Who is Mualla Gürle? (1956 – Izmir) Mualla Gürle born in 1956 Izmir. She graduated from German Teaching Department of İzmir Buca Education Institute. She continued her education at Business Administration Department of Anadolu University. She completed her master’s degree in Graphic Design Department of Yasar University, Art and Design Faculty. She continues her printmaking works in the Izmir Culture and Art Factory “Izmir Printmaking Group” workshop and in her home. In his compositions, he includes abstract, concrete and figurative works with a colourist, stainist approach. She opened four solo, many group and competitive exhibitions. Some of her works took place at various museums and collections. She participated national and international exhibition, biennial, symposium and festival. She received 2nd prize, 2 Honorable Mentions, 1 Certificate of Honor and 12 exhibitions. 2009-National Forces and National Struggle, National Painting and Printmaking Competition “Honorable Mention”, 2012-İzmir Soroptimist Clubs Association (Gender Equality) Painting and Printmaking Competition “Honorable Mention”, 2022-International Ex-Libris Competition Honorary Certificate Uşak, 2023- Izmir’s Culturel Values Painting Competition ( Printmaking) 2nd Prize,
