Who is Seval Sağlam? (1966 – Merzifon) She graduated from Samsun 19 Mayıs University Painting Department in 1987. She taught in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education for 35 years. She learned the marbling technique in Nilgün Ayşecik Çevik workshop between 2006-2008. She opened her first personal marbling exhibition in 2009 and earned the right to become a marbling artist of the Ministry of Culture in 2010. In the following years, she focused on her works with oil painting technique. She participated in many mixed exhibitions both at home and abroad, opened personal exhibitions, and took part in symposiums, fairs and workshops. He expressed himself with surreal touches and color transitions by using abstractions of nature in his works, using the abstract and concrete together. While he initially used the dandelion plant, which is a symbol of fertility, renewal, abundance and prosperity, with his abstractions of nature, in his later periods he included storks in his paintings, influenced by the fact that it symbolizes birth, good luck and a bright future, positivity, protection and strong family ties. His works are in official and private collections. He is a member of BRHD and continues his work at N’ART gallery.
