Sinan Ayber

Who is Sinan Ayber? (1961 – Ahlat)

He was born in Ahlat in 1961 and completed his primary and secondary education in the same district. He entered the Painting Department of Hacettepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts in 1985. He graduated with an achievement award in 1989. He worked as an art teacher for a short time at the Ministry of National Education. He completed his master’s degree in Painting at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts. He entered the Ankara State Opera and Ballet as a painter in 1991 and became a decorator in the same institution in 2000 and worked as the Chief Decorator for a while. He still continues this duty.

Sinan Ayber is a member of Tobav, UPSD and BRHD.

Art Perspective

His works can be included in the conceptual narrative, contemporary and experimental art field. The artist; I realize my works with a critical approach that questions the existence of human meaning. I choose the forms that will make my expressions effective from objects of life. They manage me and I manage them by formally constructing the resulting structures. Sometimes my works can be three-dimensional (sculpture), collage, assemblage, or paint. I realize each of my works by limiting a concept.
